Through this service, customers can also attain the same high-quality skin care consultation from Kiehl’s Customer Service Representatives right in the comfort of their own home and get their Kiehl’s recommendations delivered straight to their doorsteps.

 

For over 150-years, Kiehl’s has established itself as a trusted, globally-recognized skincare brand. Irving Morse, a former apprentice of John Kiehl who eventually took over Kiehl’s Apothecary in the first half of the 20th century, valued the personal relationships he fostered with his customers. Ordering from Kiehl’s Philippines’ new Social Commerce service is easy:

 

Step 1 – Go to Kiehl’s Philippines Facebook page and send a direct message. Or go to our website www.kiehls.com.ph , pre-browse, read about our products, and click on the chat button on the lower right corner of the screen.

Step 2 – Send a message to immediately connect to our eKCR.

Step 3 – Get a free, online healthy skin check or request for direct check out.

Step 4 – Wait for our eKCR to send your cart to you. (It’ll be preloaded with her suggested samples!)

Step 5 – Enter your payment and delivery details in the secure form.

Step 6 – Get the confirmation and tracking number.

 

Orders are shipped out immediately after purchase. Customers in Metro Manila will receive their orders in2-3 days, customers in Luzon in 2-5 days, and those in Visayas and Mindanao in 6-8 days. The eKCR will be online on Monday – Saturday, from 11:00AM – 8:00PM.

 

Customers who order during Social Commerce’s opening week will receive a limited edition tote bag with every order, no minimum purchase required!
